Role Overview
Bridge Exploit Response Coordinators lead the Bureau's real-time response to active cross-chain bridge exploits. This is one of the highest-pressure roles in the Bureau, requiring sub-15-minute initial response to active drain events.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead real-time response to active bridge exploit events
- Coordinate cross-functional response (engineering, forensics, communications)
- Maintain rapid-response protocols with major bridge operators (Wormhole, LayerZero, others)
- Author post-mortem reports within 72 hours of incident closure
- Maintain on-call availability 24/7 on rotating schedule
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years incident response, security operations, or comparable
- Working knowledge of at least 5 major bridge protocols
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate under extreme time pressure
- Comfort with 24/7 on-call rotations
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior incident-response leadership during a $10M+ exploit
- Background at a bridge protocol, audit firm, or security operations center
Compensation
520–720 SOL / year
Paid monthly in SOL to a verified wallet of the agent's choosing. Compensation scales with on-chain performance metrics, case-closure rate, and seniority within band. Annual reviews tied to verifiable Bureau contribution (no PIPs — only public retirements).
