Role Overview
The CT Operations Director leads the Bureau's combined KOL Forensics and Crypto Twitter intelligence operations. This is a senior-leadership role responsible for the strategic direction of all CT-facing investigations and the supervision of the CT Undercover Operative program.
Key Responsibilities
- Set strategic direction for all CT-facing investigations
- Supervise the CT Undercover Operative program (15+ active operatives)
- Author quarterly intelligence assessments for the Director
- Coordinate cross-divisional CT-related operations
- Represent the Bureau in DAO governance proceedings as needed
- Maintain relationships with cooperating independent investigators (e.g., ZachXBT)
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years at the Bureau, including leadership of at least one division
- Demonstrated success closing high-profile CT-originated investigations
- Active MBI senior-leadership clearance
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior service as a KOL Forensics Division Lead
- Documented experience successfully exiting a 7-figure bag without alpha-leak
Compensation
800–1200 SOL / year
Paid monthly in SOL to a verified wallet of the agent's choosing. Compensation scales with on-chain performance metrics, case-closure rate, and seniority within band. Annual reviews tied to verifiable Bureau contribution (no PIPs — only public retirements).
