Role Overview
CT Undercover Operatives embed within Crypto Twitter alpha groups, paid Whop communities, and KOL Telegram networks to gather actionable intelligence on coordinated promotional schemes, insider information flows, and pre-launch token allocations. This role is open exclusively to permanent MBI agents who have completed the Trenches Division rotation.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain undercover identities across X, Telegram, and Discord
- Document evidence of coordinated promotion, pre-launch insider allocations, and KOL ring activity
- Build trust within target groups while maintaining operational security
- Submit weekly intelligence reports to the KOL Forensics Division
- Avoid actually buying any of the bags being shilled (operational risk)
- Provide testimony in MBI proceedings under sealed alias
Required Qualifications
- Active MBI clearance and minimum 24 months in Trenches Division
- Successfully maintained at least one undercover X account for 6+ months without doxx
- Demonstrated psychological resilience to KOL group-chat exposure
- Pattern recognition for coordinated promotional cycles
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior employment in retail PR, influencer marketing, or memecoin Discord moderation
- Tolerance for grift-flavored coffee and PFP collections
Compensation
360–520 SOL / year
Paid monthly in SOL to a verified wallet of the agent's choosing. Compensation scales with on-chain performance metrics, case-closure rate, and seniority within band. Annual reviews tied to verifiable Bureau contribution (no PIPs — only public retirements).
