Role Overview
The Pump.fun Surveillance Lead directs the Bureau's monitoring of activity on Pump.fun and adjacent launchpads (Bonk.fun, BelieveApp, others). The role manages a team of 3-5 analysts and produces the Bureau's daily launchpad-conditions report.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct daily surveillance operations across Solana memecoin launchpads
- Manage a team of 3-5 junior analysts
- Author the Bureau's daily Launchpad Conditions report
- Coordinate with Senior Rug Pull Investigators on emerging serial-deployer activity
- Maintain liaison relationships with Birdeye, DexScreener, and Solscan
- Brief Senior Leadership on emerging launchpad-level systemic risks
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years on-chain analysis or comparable role
- Prior team-management experience
- Demonstrated expertise on Pump.fun mechanics, bonding curves, and migration dynamics
- Strong written communication for executive-level briefings
Preferred Qualifications
- Public attribution of major Pump.fun-related scams
- Existing professional network within launchpad operator communities
Compensation
560–780 SOL / year
Paid monthly in SOL to a verified wallet of the agent's choosing. Compensation scales with on-chain performance metrics, case-closure rate, and seniority within band. Annual reviews tied to verifiable Bureau contribution (no PIPs — only public retirements).
